RRIPT

Rapid Results Interval Phase Training (RRIPT) is a low-impact, high-intensity, class for the person on the go. Classes range between 30 - 45 minutes in length, and provides a great workout in a group environment. RRIPT offers clients fast results and reduces the chances of injuries or plateaus.
